Abatement and Demolition Contractors
As one of our top classes of business for many years, our hit ratio for demolition/abatement contractors remains extremely high. Coverage may address improper handling, removal, storage, transport, or disposal of materials — such as asbestos, lead and mold — that can lead to pollutant releases. For these insureds, PartnerOne can write GL, Contractors Pollution, E&O, Auto, and Workers Compensation as well as other supporting lines including Excess, Cyber, Mold, etc. Read more.
Wastewater Treatment Facilities
With so many environmental exposures present on a wastewater treatment site, it is crucial that the site is properly insured. The chemicals and machinery used in processing wastewater and the resulting solids/sludges can cause bodily injury to workers, site explosions, pollutant discharge into the soil, water, and/or air, and a whole host of other problems that can result in an insurance claim.
