• $1.5M Gravel quarry and C&D landfill purchased GL/Site Pollution Liability ($1M/$2M), Excess ($5M/$5M), and Auto ($1M) for $73,123. This account was previously written with multiple carriers providing overlapping coverage in some cases and no coverage in others. By having one carrier underwrite the whole account, coverage duplications and discrepancies were cleaned up, and terms were broadened where practical.

• $2M Groundwater remediation contractor purchased GL/Contractors Pollution Liability/E&O ($1M/$2M) for $50,389. This is a NJ based contractor doing significant work in NY State including some in the 5 boroughs. We were able to provide terms, including NY Labor Law as was required for their contracts.
