Recent success stories

• $4.5M Environmental consultant purchased GL/Contractors Pollution Liability/Professional ($5M/$5M) for $130,000. This NY environmental consultant had multiple policies for various lines of coverage and needed the broader coverage to include Action Over coverage. A significant amount of work was in the five boroughs but we were able to provide them with the terms they required to meet their contract requirements.
• $1.2M Environmental contractor specializing in biohazardous waste disposal purchased GL/Contractors Pollution Liability/Professional ($1M/$2M) for $7,921. The insured was specifically looking for a new home for their Auto liability, and we were able to help them with that line also after putting competitive primary package terms on the table.
• $1M Industrial cleaning contractor purchased GL/Contractors Pollution Liability ($1M/$2M) and a $10M Excess policy for $28,000.
• $1M Abatement and interior demolition contractor located in New York purchased GL/Contractors Pollution Liability/Professional ($1M/$2M) and a $10M Excess policy for $75,000.  This insured does not do work downstate or in the 5 boroughs. We were able to provide them with one Excess policy (previously had multiple layers) for the higher limits as well as including the Action Over coverage they needed.
• $30M General contractor and construction management firm purchased Contractors Pollution & Professional ($2M/$5M) for $20,000.
