Please tell us about your family, interests, and hobbies.

I graduated from Christopher Newport University in May of 2013 with a degree in Sociology with a minor in Leadership Studies. I married the love of my life, Jack, in August of 2017 just north of my childhood home. My husband and I are the proud parents of our best buddy and partner-in-crime, Comet the hound dog. We are nestled right between the heart of downtown Charlottesville and the University of Virginia. Evenings will find me either out and about with friends enjoying the city, or snuggled up on the couch to a good movie or video game.

How long have you worked for PartnerOne and what are your job responsibilities?

I began my career working as an Office Assistant for Beacon Hill Associates in 2013. After working as a service representation for BHA, I made the switch to PartnerOne Environmental in Sept of 2017 as their Underwriting Service Manager, and then again made the leap from Service Manager to Associate Underwriter in late 2018. I mainly work on renewal accounts, with some new business intertwined.

What do you like most about your job?

I’ve really enjoyed working in a solutions-driven industry. Our team is constantly bouncing ideas off one another while looking for ways to provide the best coverage and maintain a steady relationship between our office and our agents and brokers. I’m grateful for the people I work with and the shared drive for finding creative environmental solutions.
