What Does a Complete Auto Submission Look Like?
We want to take an opportunity to share with you our requirements for Auto submissions. Providing a complete submission up front will allow for a more timely, efficient underwriting response from our team. It will also move your submission to the top of the queue!
In order to rate and quote your account, we need to review the following information:
- Completed Contractors/Consultants Application
- 5 years of currently valued loss runs
- Auto Acord Application with vehicle list
- Garaging location – A MUST
- Driver list with complete license information
- Expiring premium
We also need to review the insured’s safety requirements.
- Does the insured have a written safety program and process for screening and hiring drivers?
- Does the insured pull MVRs? Do they require drug tests?
- Does the insured have a maintenance program in place? A cell phone policy? Any issues with DOT compliance?
