Buster joined PartnerOne Environmental in May of 2023. Born and raised in Charlottesville, VA, he didn’t have to go very far to earn his bachelor’s degree at Bridgewater College studying Computer Science Information Systems Management. Early in his professional career he worked for nearly a decade in customer service and then as a loan officer at a local bank for four years, dabbling in the insurance world. He says “baseball is life,” and has been coaching at his alma mater Monticello High School for over ten years. He is married; he and his wife love the challenge of raising their son while trying to keep the dog happy, too.
